All activities within this site are considered as an extension to the Inclusive Tour Fare Sales Agreement (the Agreement) and the Agreed Rate Schedules (the Rates) that exists between you (the Company) and Aviate Management Limited.

By using www.aviate-res.com, you signify you have read and accept these terms of use and agree to operate in accordance with the Agreement that exists between you and Aviate Management Limited. Aviate Management Limited reserves the right to change these Website Terms & Conditions and also any terms that directly relate to the booking process, which is available to the Company. If you do not understand any of the Terms & Conditions, please contact us to discuss.
Furthermore, by accessing www.aviate-res.com the user confirms that you are an active employee of the Company for which the username and password have been assigned.
For the avoidance of doubt, Aviate Management Limited has been appointed by Emirates, and other airlines as specified in applicable rates-sheets, to act as an Agent in relation to distribution, ticketing and account management services for their Inclusive Tours product. Aviate Management Limited is responsible for the services made available via www.aviate-res.com. Aviate Management Limited is not a provider of the actual travel arrangements, but acts as an agent for the airlines, as expressed within the Agreement. www.aviate-res.com should be used only for transactions as detailed above.
Flight information on www.aviate-res.com is provided by the airlines and not by Aviate Management Limited. Therefore, Aviate Management Limited is not responsible for its accuracy. Aviate Management Limited will, however, update or correct with reasonable endeavour, any inaccuracy that has been brought to its attention.
Aviate Management Limited reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to change, delete or move any of the material on www.aviate-res.com, to suspend or terminate your use, or deny you access to it.
You are not permitted to copy or use any material within www.aviate-res.com other than in the process of viewing, making, administering, or ticketing a booking.
In accordance with the relevant sections within the Agreement, the Company is entitled to use www.aviate-res.com to reserve the airlines Inclusive Tour Nett Fare content, using the routes and classes which have been previously agreed by Aviate Management Limited and the airlines. In making a booking, you agree that the information you have provided is accurate at the time you provided it. Furthermore, you confirm that that each booking made, has been sold in accordance with the Agreement for leisure purposes and complies with all the terms and conditions of the relevant Rates and Rules for pricing.
Upon receipt of your booking via www.aviate-res.com, Aviate Management Limited will issue an e-mail that confirms that a booking has been secured. The booking details are those set out in our email to you. You should check them carefully and contact us immediately if you think there is any discrepancy between our confirmation and your booking.
All bookings are subject to the flight operator's Conditions of Carriage, and the terms and conditions specific to the ticket type booked. In addition, bookings are subject to the terms of International Carriage as defined by the Warsaw Convention, and included with the ticket.
www.aviate-res.com does not hold live inventory within the airlines reservation system until such time as the user clicks on the “Book” functionality and is provided with a PNR (booking reference). Therefore Aviate Management Limited cannot hold any responsibility for any seats that are not ultimately secured at the point of “booking” live inventory.
The Company is responsible for accurately booking all itineraries in the appropriate booking class for each sector. All bookings must satisfy the rules and conditions as outlined in the fares. This includes, but is not restricted to; booking date restrictions, travel dates, class of travel, min / max stay, flight restrictions, ticket deadlines and advance purchase. Should you be combining different Rates the most restrictive rules apply in all cases.
Aviate Management Limited does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred by the Company upon rebooking itineraries that fail on any fare restriction criteria and are unavailable for valid ticketing.
The Company must ensure that all bookings that have been created are presented for ticketing in accordance with the relevant ticketing deadlines. In the case where ticket numbers are not present within the booking, by any specified ticketing deadline, as notified within the Rates, Aviate Management Limited reserves the right to cancel any itineraries without referral.
Failure to adhere to ticketing deadlines will result in the booking being cancelled and in the case where a new PNR is created, the cost of the prevailing available class or classes would be applicable.
www.aviate-res.com, and / or other Aviate Management Limited services referenced to via www.aviate-res.com are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Emirates Select in the UK and / or other countries. All other company and product names mentioned within www.aviate-res.com may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. All the databases, designs, images, graphics, software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other copyright protected material are the copyright of Aviate Management Limited or its affiliates or their content and technology providers.
No part of www.aviate-res.com may be reproduced in any other form whether electronically or otherwise, nor may it be modified, distributed or republished, without the prior written consent of Aviate Management Limited. However, you may temporarily reproduce part of www.aviate-res.com to keep a record of a transaction entered into using www.aviate-res.com.
Neither Aviate Management Limited nor the Airlines shall be liable to the Company (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any loss of profit, goodwill or other economic loss (direct or indirect) or any other indirect or consequential losses or damage which arise out of or in connection with the use of this site.
All warranties, terms and conditions, whether expressed or implied by statute, customer or usage relating to the information contained in or the services offered on www.aviate-res.com are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Aviate Management Limited does not warrant that the information posted on www.aviate-res.com is accurate, nor does it represent the suitability of such information for any particular purpose.
